The Incontro VIP Card is exclusively for customers of L’Incontro Restaurant and Pizzeria in Salsomaggiore Terme, hereinafter referred to as the “Issuer”.

The purpose of the “Incontro VIP Card” is to reward the loyalty of the customer, hereinafter referred to as the “Card Holder”, with a series of prizes and promotions reserved just for him or her.

The Incontro VIP Card is a virtual card that allows customers to collect points every time they dine at L’Incontro. There is no fee to sign up to the fidelity program. Just enter your name and a valid e-mail address. One can sign up for the Incontro VIP Card via the iPad used by the waiting staff at the restaurant. Failure to fill out the form or an incomplete form will result in a void fidelity program registration. The Card Holder must notify the Issuer of any changes in his or her personal information, in person or via an e-mail sent to info@pizzeriaincontro.it
The information provided by the Card Holder will be processed by the Issuer in accordance with the laws governing the protection of personal data (Italian Legislative Decree number 196/2003 Privacy Code) as specified in the accompanying document, provided in accordance with Article 13 of Italian Legislative Decree number 196/2003. 196/2003.

Registering and filling in the relevant form automatically activates the virtual VIP card. The virtual card is personal. In order to take advantage of the benefits associated with the card, one must state that he or she is in possession of it before paying the bill. The points balance will be periodically sent to the e-mail address provided when signing up.

The Incontro VIP Card does not expire, but the Issuer reserves the right to cancel it at any time and without prior notice in the event that it is used fraudulently or improperly or in a way that is detrimental to the Issuer or in any case in the event of breach of these rules and regulations.
Upon revocation, registration in the fidelity program is annulled and all benefits, including any accumulation of unused points, are cancelled.

Accumulated points allow the Card Holder to enjoy discounts on products purchased exclusively at L’Incontro Restaurant and Pizzeria.
Once the minimum number of points necessary for benefiting from the discount has been reached, the Issuer reserves the right to assign benefits other than discounts or price reductions, as long as they are of equal value.
The Issuer also reserves the right to assign additional vouchers or extra points to its fidelity program members, as a benefit related to a holder of an Incontro VIP Card.
Upon activation of the Incontro VIP Card, and simply for having activated it, 5 (five) points will immediately be credited as a welcome.
For every €10 spent, 1 (one) point will credited to the virtual card, which will be added to the points that have already been collected from previous purchases.
Failure to let the waiter or waitress know that one is in possession of the virtual card prior to paying, will result in not acquiring the points, neither can they be credited at a later date.

When the customer has accumulated 15 (fifteen) points, he or she will be entitled to a €5 voucher, valid for a dinner of equal or greater value, or ½ kg of frozen yogurt.
When the customer has accumulated 20 (twenty) points, he or she will be entitled to a €10 voucher, valid for a dinner of equal or greater value, or an Incontro bag.
When the customer has accumulated 30 (thirty) points, he or she will be entitled to a €15 voucher, valid for a dinner of equal or greater value, or 1 bottle of beer from Birrificio del 32.
When the customer has accumulated 40 (forty) points, he or she will be entitled to a €20 voucher, valid for a dinner of equal or greater value, or 1 bottle of Bellavista Brut.
When the customer has accumulated 80 (eighty) points, he or she will be entitled to 1 of the chef’s paellas for two persons.
When the customer has accumulated 120 (one hundred and twenty) points, he or she will be entitled to 1 wooden crate of beer from Birrificio del 32.

Prizes can be collected directly from the Issuer no later than 31/12/2021. After this date the points will be cleared and will no longer be valid, nor will they be valid for any kind of refund.

It isn’t possible to request a prize the first time one visits the establishment.

Upon paying the bill, a customer may request only 1 prize. He or she may use the remaining points at a subsequent visit to the establishment.

Upon activation of the Incontro VIP Card, all conditions specified in the rules and regulations are considered accepted. It is always possible to consult the updated rules and regulations on the Issuer’s website, www.pizzeriaincontro.it, and at the Issuer’s company head office.
