The ingredients used in the dishes are chosen carefully in order to create a menu that masterfully blends local tradition with seafood dishes that evoke memories of when the sea covered our lands. The kitchen has the feminine touch of Chef Franca, who, over the years, has never stopped updating the menu and preparing seasonal dishes.


Our pizza is made with only fresh and select ingredients. It is a deep pan wood oven pizza, served by the slice and prepared according to a secret recipe that only our chefs know. A very digestible dough with a lengthy proofing stage, made with top quality fiordilatte mozzarella and all the toppings you want: the best Parma cured meats, vegetables, mushrooms, seafood, buffalo mozzarella or mild Gorgonzola. Deep pan pizza by the slice is a unique speciality of Salsomaggiore. It’s flavourful, soft, and crunchy like a biscuit.
